All weekly meditations are free of charge as our work is funded by members who make voluntary donations.

Wednesday 8:00pm Introduction to Buddhism and 16th Karmapa guided meditation. (Recommended to Newcomers)
Sunday 6:00pm 16th Karmapa guided meditation.
Second Wednesday in the Month, 7:00pm
Extended introduction to Diamond Way Buddhism.

Courses and Events

Courses and talks are given by authorised Buddhist teachers from the UK and other parts of the world who have many years of meditation experience. While our weekly programme is free of charge, we will have to ask for contributions to cover the costs for these courses and events. The fees will be clearly advertised.
